Site Maintenance Operator - 12 months FTC to perform planned site maintenance tasks and inspections on allocated sites / buildings across South Central England between Poole and Brighton and surrounding areas of the Arqiva estate
Location Frequent travel required around South Central England between Poole and Brighton and surrounding areas

Up to £27,000 base salary

Key Responsibilities
Conduct maintenance and inspections for various sites, including technical and corporate spaces.
Document maintenance and repairs with accurate information and photos.
Ensure quality through inspections of third-party contractor sites.
Offer initial support for urgent building and site repairs.
Handle building fabric, grounds, fence, and gate repairs as needed.
Provide expertise in basic plumbing, heating, and boilers.
Flexibility in working hours and locations, including emergencies
Strong communication skills with various stakeholders
Exceptional customer support and query resolution
Warehouse coverage and equipment operation (MEWP, Forklift)
Efficient time management within SLA
Expert fault-finding and technical leadership across systems
Desired Skills
Clean driving licence - as driving to over 100 sites
Skilled in grounds maintenance and repairs
Proficient in using various tools and equipment safely
Successful history of managing inventory for efficient initial repairs
Practical expertise in maintenance tasks plumbing, painting, carpentry, roofing, landscaping, and fencing.
Strong knowledge of heating systems and boilers
Basic plumbing, drainage, and minor repairs
Not Essential
Licensed for forklift trucks and MEWPs operation
Trained for rooftop tasks.
