This is a remote position.

Job Description for Social Media Content Creator - Video Editor


Scope:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Allentown, Philadelphia time with an hour unpaid break
  • Handle content creation, scheduling, and posting for multiple client accounts
  • Contribute to social media strategy development and implementation
  • Manage time effectively to juggle tasks for various clients
  • Adapt content and strategies to different industries and target audiences
  • Collaborate with team members to refine and improve social media campaigns

Responsibilities:

  • Create and edit video content for social media platforms, with a focus on reels and short-form videos
  • Develop and implement social media strategies for various clients
  • Schedule and post content across different social media platforms
  • Collaborate with team members on content ideas and campaign strategies
  • Conduct research on social media trends and best practices
  • Assist in creating graphics and other visual content as needed
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

Requirements:

  • Excellent video editing skills, particularly for social media formats
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends
  • Proficiency in content creation and copywriting for social media
  • Experience with social media management tools and scheduling platforms
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
