  • Manage end-to-end recruitment ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, sharing the Immutable story, vision, and culture with enthusiasm.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to execute effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Prioritise diversity hiring and create inclusive recruitment strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring they are kept up to date regularly.
  • Utilise data to drive recruitment decisions and improve our processes.
  • Contribute to building our Employer Value Proposition (EVP), run events, and bring innovative ideas to life.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work efficiently to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.
