Email Marketing Specialist

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Collect and manage qualified email addresses from various sources, ensuring accurate organization in the company’s email marketing CRM (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot, Pardot).
  
• Write, proofread, and refine engaging email marketing content for diverse campaigns.
  
• Design and develop email marketing templates using designated platforms.
  
• Create, test, and optimize email automations for improved efficiency and engagement.
  
• Manually send follow-up emails to leads when required.
  
• Track, analyze, and report on email campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and sharing regular updates with stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure email strategies align with broader business objectives.
  
• Stay informed about industry trends, email deliverability standards, and best practices to implement innovative strategies.
  
• Develop and manage campaigns, workflows, and lead tracking within CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  
• Implement automation workflows using platforms like Zapier and Make (formerly Integromat).
  
• Support email marketing efforts for e-commerce campaigns, preferably with experience in Shopify integration.
  

Requirements

• Exceptional written English and communication skills.
  
• Proven experience in email copywriting and marketing, with a focus on creating compelling, actionable content.
  
• Proficiency in email marketing and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and HubSpot.
  
• Strong experience with automation platforms like Zapier and Make.
  
• Solid technical and computer skills, including expertise in marketing software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable platforms) and MS Office Suite.
  
• Experience in designing and executing email campaign architecture, including A/B testing and segmentation.
  
• Familiarity with Shopify and its integration into email marketing strategies is preferred.
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
