Financial Planning & Analyst (FP&A) Lead

What You’ll Do

⭐ Drive the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial projections.

⭐ Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, identify financial trends, and support strategic initiatives.

⭐ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing, etc.) to align financial goals with business objectives and ensure strategic cohesion.

⭐ Prepare financial presentation materials for the board and investors, delivering clear and actionable insights.

⭐ Provide leadership with strategic recommendations on revenue growth opportunities and risk mitigation.

⭐ Analyze profit margin trends, identify key drivers, and work closely with business leaders to implement improvement initiatives.

⭐ Develop and implement cost control measures and process optimizations to enhance profit margins.

⭐ Monitor and report on the outcomes of margin improvement initiatives.

⭐ Develop and refine revenue forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability in projections.

⭐ Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to build robust forecasting models, incorporating market trends, seasonality, and business dynamics.

⭐ Manage strategic and operational initiatives, leading process improvements through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

⭐ Work closely with executive leadership to support company-wide strategic initiatives, such as fundraising or M&A activities.

Who You Are

⭐ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.

⭐ 5+ years of experience in FP&A within a large multinational corporation or late-stage startup.

⭐ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

⭐ A strong analytical mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle everyday challenges effectively.

⭐ A team player with a proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with senior business leaders.

⭐ A track record of identifying opportunities and driving strategic decision-making through financial insights.

⭐ MBA Or CPA Qualifications (preferred).

⭐ Advanced skills in Excel (or Google Sheets) and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power Query).
