Our client is a leading provider of talent acquisition and HR operations solutions, offering an all-in-one ATS platform and on-demand HR professionals to streamline hiring and workforce management. With expertise in market localization, HR strategy, and compliance, ZooKeep specializes in helping businesses scale efficiently, focusing on Japan and Southeast Asia. Their lean, agile team is now working to modernize and professionalize their platform to better serve startups, high-growth companies, and enterprises.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, Django, and Python.

  • Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices to support complex business requirements.

  • Develop user-centric frontend solutions with responsive and high-performance design.

  • Architect and implement solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.

  • Ensure applications meet industry standards for security, maintainability, and testability.

  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to the development team.

  • Collaborate with the interim CTO to drive architectural decisions and best practices.
