Job Overview

We are looking for a Real-Time Workforce Analyst to monitor and analyze employee activities, ensuring productivity and accountability. This role involves gathering and interpreting data from tools like Teramind, ActivTrak, or Hubstaff; cross-checking time card data from payroll systems; and reviewing softphone usage (e.g., Zoom, RingCentral) to generate actionable insights for management.

The ideal candidate will focus on tracking daily performance, creating detailed reports, and analyzing team and individual efficiency to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Real-Time Monitoring:
    • Track employee activity using tools like Teramind, ActivTrak, or Hubstaff.
    • Monitor softphone usage (e.g., Zoom, RingCentral) to assess call activity and efficiency.
    • Cross-reference time card data with monitored activity to validate accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  2. Performance Metrics:
    • Measure KPIs such as call response times, service levels, and adherence to schedules.
    • Analyze productivity and efficiency at team or individual levels to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  3. Reporting & Performance Tracking:
    • Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports detailing:
    • Productivity percentages and changes over time.
    • Individual and team performance rankings.
    • Departmental comparisons.
    • Highlight standout performers and identify areas needing attention.
    • Present findings to management with clear, actionable insights.
  4. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with team leads and management to address staffing gaps or underperformance.
    • Share insights and recommendations to improve team efficiency and productivity.
  5. Anomaly Identification:
    • Identify unusual activity or anomalies, such as discrepancies in softphone usage or irregular patterns in monitored data.
    • Flag issues for management review and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in workforce analysis, data aggregation, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in tools like Teramind, ActivTrak, or Hubstaff, and familiarity with payroll systems.
  • Familiarity with softphone platforms like Zoom or RingCentral.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills or experience with reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
