Job description

Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Company: GOTEAM

Location and Workplace: IT Park Cebu, Philippines, Onsite

Schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Salary: PHP 25K - PHP 35K


Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to provide exceptional service regarding warranty and shipping issues, primarily via email. The role involves maintaining professionalism and courtesy while upholding the client's brand standards.


About the Job

Key Duties:

  • Provide customer service regarding warranty/shipping issues and resolve discrepancies primarily via email.
  • Respond to social media posts and messages following Randy’s brand standards.
  • Input retail and tradeshow orders and payments into QuickBooks and perform general data entry duties.
  • Check invoice records to confirm orders have been picked.
  • Generate reports such as sales tax reports, warranty reports, account receivable reports, and Hubspot reports.
  • Make trade show or other company arrangements, including logistics, freight, cocktail hour, and travel arrangements for 20+ trade shows per year for up to 4 attendees.
  • Check bills against actual invoices to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies.
  • Make inquiry calls to prospective and existing clients.
  • Additional data entry responsibilities, including entering data into QuickBooks and Hubspot.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and computer skills.
  • Data entry skills.
  • Flexible and open to a shifting schedule.

Qualifications:
