Summary
We’re looking for a talented Sr. Enterprise Account Executive who is results-driven to play a critical role in driving our growth strategy. You are the face of Firework and will evangelize Firework’s innovative SaaS solutions to enterprise brands in a variety of categories. You’ll leverage your SaaS sales experience and own the entire sales cycle to deliver tailored solutions that meet the complex needs of enterprise clients.

What you’ll be doing
  • Work cross-functionally with the team to set priorities and make key strategic decisions for growing the enterprise portfolio in the assigned region(s)
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers (brands in various industries) in order to identify, prospect, and close new enterprise accounts within the assigned territories or verticals
  • Prioritize and manage the entire sales funnel process from lead generation, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and close; ensure a seamless customer experience and successful integration post-acquisition (full cycle)
  • Drive product demonstrations, presentations, and provide consultative selling and upselling techniques to showcase the value proposition
  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by building and maintaining a strong and robust pipeline of opportunities

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5+ years experience in quota-bearing enterprise SaaS sales with a strong track record of successfully acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated passion for outbound prospecting with a proven full-cycle ability to identify and close high-value opportunities
  • Consultative and solutions-oriented mindset, with excellent communication skills and ability to comfortably speak about various product offerings
  • Comfort level with getting deep into technical product knowledge and becoming a product expert
  • Ability to create multi-product pipeline generation strategies driven by sales, marketing, partnerships, events, etc
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to accurately forecast to help set priorities (both short and long term) with clear action plans
  • Comfortable with change in a high-growth organization: ability to demonstrate comfort with ambiguity, adapt quickly and be effective in new situations in a highly dynamic setting
  • Start-up mentality; you are team-oriented, resilient, empathetic, and no ego
