Data Analyst Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources.
  
• Analyze data using statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  
• Assist in the creation of ad-hoc reports and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
  
• Support data integration and ensure the accuracy and integrity of datasets.
  
• Help in automating data collection and reporting processes for increased efficiency.
  
• Continuously learn and apply best practices in data analysis and data science.

Requirements

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.).
  
• Basic understanding of SQL and database querying.
  
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
