Collection and maintenance of all HR Policy and Process Documentation
Provides live editing, documentation and discussion of process flow charts and narratives for SME teams
Edits and refines process and policy language to align to content governance
Builds strong working relationships with HR Policy and Process Owners, SME’s, and HR Project management in order to ensure buy-in, understanding and continuous partnership to support and delivery upon the HR Policy and Process Documentation Governance and Strategy.
Facilitates policy and process walk-through with necessary stakeholders and fields HR customer policy and process inquiries
Upkeep of tracker daily to log progress on policy and process documentation
Manage and maintain policy and process documentation through the provided technology platforms (BlueWorks Live, SharePoint)
Facilitating meetings and asking questions to ensure proper detail in all levels of process documentation and policy
Maintain internal practices and checklist to manage the work
Ensure proper posting of the HR Policy and process to the proper platforms
Maintain Workday User Guides and Training Materials and ensure updated in Learning Path
Manage common HR SharePoint Sites for the HR Team
Manage HR Email Communication process which includes creating email communication in an external tool and scheduling the same basis requestor requirements.
Validate Service Now HR Knowledge Base Articles with respect to content accuracy, aesthetics, formatting of the page and related links within that article and collaborating with IT Team for fulfillment of the requirement.
Ability to solve problems with minimal guidance.
Must be flexible and willing to assist others as needed in a team environment.
All other duties as needed or assigned.

Education/Qualifications:
2-3 years of progressive HR and process/policy management responsibilities preferred
BBA/MBA Business Management preferred
Ability to perform advanced computer skills including utilizing process documentation technologies and editing word and excel documents
Experience:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Superior customer services skills in writing and via phone
Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
Good time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Quick learner willing to develop in customer service and in HR area
Previous professional experience either within HR or customer service would be an asset, but not mandatory.
Experience with policy and process documentation activities.
Superior communication, presentation, influencing and facilitation skills
Superior editing and proof-reading capability
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Previous use of SharePoint is a plus
