Job description

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our Sales team. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional English-speaking skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for helping businesses thrive. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, support client service initiatives, and ensure the smooth running of operations in a fast-paced environment.

Bold Business is a US-based leading global business processing outsourcing firm with over 25 years experience and $7B+ in client engagements. We enable small and publicly traded businesses to scale by providing global outsourcing talent services. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and qualify potential prospects. Engage those prospects through outreach.
  • Nurture leads and schedule meetings: employ creative methods to bring leads into the organization by engaging them.  
  • Gather market intelligence and assist with sales enablement activities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and adjusting priorities as necessary.
  • Maintain databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience with sales is required; however, any related experience with Executive Assistance, Administrative Support or Project Management would be valued. Ideally with a US-based company (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent English-speaking skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Technology proficiency: ability to use sales intelligence tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience working with teams across different time zones is a plus.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
