We are seeking a highly experienced IT professional to join our team as a freelance IT Technical Interviewer. The role involves conducting technical interviews for candidates applying to various IT roles. Your expertise in IT technologies, coupled with your experience as an interview panelist, will help us identify and evaluate top talent.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Conduct remote technical interviews via video conferencing platforms.
  
• Assess candidates' technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and alignment with job requirements.
  
• Prepare relevant interview questions tailored to specific roles and technologies.
  
• Evaluate candidates' performance and provide detailed feedback to the hiring team.
  
• Maintain professionalism and create a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
  

Required Skills and Experience: 

• Proven expertise in trending IT technologies.
  
• Prior experience as an interview panellist or conducting technical interviews.
  
• Strong analytical skills to assess candidates' technical proficiency and problem-solving approach.
  
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
