Job Title: Social Media Executive (Part-Time/Freelance)
Location: Remote
Hourly Rate : commensurate with experience and skillset
Work Hours: Between 3 PM - 12 AM IST / 6 PM - 3 AM IST (Monday - Friday)

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Part-Time/Freelance Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. This role allows you to work remotely. We are planning for the long term with you and believe that you can allocate part-time (based on projects per week) for this job with the option to go full-time later.​


Requirements
This is what you'll do:
  • Create Engaging Content: Craft eye-catching posts (text, images, and videos) tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest.
  • Manage Social Media Channels: Handle daily activities, including scheduling posts, managing content calendars, and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build strong community relationships.
  • Run Campaigns: Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
  • SEO Integration: Optimize social media content to improve visibility on search engines.
  • Monitor Analytics: Track social media performance, prepare reports, and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with industry trends, social media updates, and best practices to improve client results.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple platforms, campaigns, and deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and design software (e.g., Canva or Adobe Suite).
  • SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices to increase the visibility of social media content.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage and grow communities.
