Job description

We’re seeking a talented Enterprise Architect - Dynamics 365 to oversee the creation and integration of IT systems solutions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing guidance and insight into the development of effective IT strategies designed to fulfill key business needs.


The Enterprise Architect - Dynamics 365 will also be expected to deliver high-level designs for addressing business needs while collaborating with senior business leaders and technical staff to ensure their completion. Responsibilities


  • Delegate individual tasks to third-party providers and develop the end-to-end architecture for specific operation areas.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of a range of functional domains and supporting technologies and of YNV’s IT architecture while contributing to its strategic development.
  • Collect input from technical specialists to understand solution options and business requirements and better advise stakeholders in adopting best practice approaches.
  • Create, deliver, and document designs and work with stakeholders to reach agreements on design issues.
  • Review the application and integration of designs to ensure compliance with established blueprints.
  • Identify cost-effective, impactful, and agile architecture solutions to meet YNV’s needs.
  • Report architectural issues and approaches to the rest of the organization.
  • Ensure design compliance with YNV’s applications architecture and that designs meet usability, maintainability, reliability, security, and performance requirements.
  • Develop design proposals, support, and guidance for business and IT initiatives and act as the design authority within given functional areas. Communicate these proposals with senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain an up-to-date industry knowledge base and coordinate the evaluation of new products/services for use within YNV.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, mathematics, or another related field is required.
  • 12-15 years of experience in IT development and architecture roles including at least 6 years in technical development/delivery and 6 years in a senior architecture role.
  • Significant expertise in Microsoft Dynamics, its various modules, configuration, and customization capabilities is essential, including CRM, SCM, and F&O.
  • At least 7 years of MS dynamics architecture experience is a must.
  • Proven success in developing high-level designs and managing end-to-end processes and solutions for complex tech services or in a telecom environment.
  • Deep understanding of large-scale IT strategy development and familiarity with structured ADMs e.g., TOGAF.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Expertise in application integrations and various modern technologies for machine-to-machine communication is an advantage.
  • Skilled in technical development design and implementation, with experience in IT/systems development in a complex environment.
  • Significant expertise within at least two of the following areas: Sales and Marketing, Order Management, Contact Centers, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Case Management and Workforce Management, or Billing.
  • A natural leader with excellent project management and delivery skills.
  • Ability to work within a matrix environment.
  • Good commercial skills and ability to identify and present commercial opportunities.
