Upwork Bidder

Our client, a reputable software development agency, is seeking a skilled Upwork Bidder to join their team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Upwork bidding, strong communication and writing skills, and a solid understanding of software development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork to secure software development contracts.
• Craft tailored, compelling proposals that effectively showcase the agency's capabilities.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with potential clients.
• Analyze and report on bidding performance, including KPIs related to the sales conversion funnel and meetings booked, on a weekly and monthly basis.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in Upwork bidding, preferably within the software development industry.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Understanding of software development processes and terminology.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and generate reports.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  
• Prior experience on Upwork is strongly preferred
• Remote role - Part-time with a compensation of: Rs. 50,000-100,000.
