Job description

Are you passionate about streamlining processes and driving efficiency in reporting workflows? We are looking for a Process Analyst with a strong financial background to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting Process Mapping and Documentation: Analyze and document existing financial reporting processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

  • Workflow Optimization: Design and implement optimized workflows to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, accounting, and other departments to understand their needs and ensure that reporting process improvements align with organizational goals.

  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to financial reporting processes to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement

  • Continuous Improvement: Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and refining financial reporting processes

  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on new processes and tools to ensure smooth implementation and adoption

  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements

Qualifications and competences 

  • Bachelor Degree in finance, business, statistics, or related area required.

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of analysis, documentation and optimization of business processes. Experience from Shared Service Center is a plus.

  • Possess strong knowledge about Business Process Management (BPM) tools

  • Possess strong knowledge about process documentation software solutions e.g. LucidChart, Visio

  • Possess strong inter-personal communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Possess strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.

  • Participates productively as a member of team and completes tasks beyond general support level.

  • Identifies, prioritizes and resolves issues independently, and escalates more complex questions or issues appropriately.

  • Ability to manage tasks and assignments without detailed direction.

  • Communication skills in English is required
