Job Description

Digital Marketing Specialist will focus on enhancing the company's online presence through SEM/SEO optimization, content creation, executing campaigns on digital marketing platforms for NATEK on group level. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of SEM/SEO, work experience with Google Ads, and a solid understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics) to measure and optimize performance. S/he can demonstrate experience with current digital marketing practices across multiple channels and platforms and support fast-growing business while engaging with new creative projects. S/he is comfortable in a high-performing, target-driven environment with strong commitment to quality.The role is at group level and consolidates company’s strategy within all subsidiaries in Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia.

Your Responsibilities


  • Execute and optimize SEO and SEM strategies to improve NATEK website search rankings, drive organic traffic, and maximize visibility through paid campaigns
  • Create, edit, and manage engaging website content, ensuring timely updates and relevancy.
  • Monitor website and campaign performance, identify trends working with CMS systems to ensure user-friendly updates and suggest improvements.
  • Plan, execute, and refine Google Ads campaigns to align with business objectives.
  • Provide support in implementing best practices for paid search campaigns and integrating them with overall marketing strategies.
  • Participating in identifying and assessing new digital marketing tools for IT business
  • Support other digital and marketing efforts and projects as required
  • Monitoring digital performance and reporting on results


Our Requirements


  • MA/MS degree with proven experience in marketing and/or communication
  • 4+ years of experience in executing SEM/SEO strategies and Google campaigns
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
  • Proficiency in content creation and CMS systems.Understanding of digital marketing, website management and familiarity with social media platforms and algorithms
  • Experience in managing and increasing conversions in online channels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a results-driven approach
  • Experience with UI/UX design and B2B marketing and interest in IT-related fields will be a plus
  • Proficient computer skills, including O365 and other related applications
