Genesis is a Ukrainian co-founding IT company and one of the largest publishers of non-gaming apps. Together with the best entrepreneurs from Central and Eastern Europe, we create and develop global technology businesses. Our main markets are the United States, Europe, and Africa.

As a co-founding company, Genesis first provides promising startups with the necessary resources and expertise for development, and then supports the project until it becomes an independent business. Currently, 25 projects are developing in our ecosystem in four main areas: mobile applications, online media, e-commerce, and R&D.

We are looking for a Head of Payment (PSP) to lead the Payment department for an AI Social Discovery startup and build a payment infrastructure on top of it, setting up payment solutions and analytics on payment efficiency.

The range of tasks:

Building a payment infrastructure for the current project;
Building processes and connecting various payment methods;
Negotiating with international banks (North America, EU);
Market analysis of payment providers: PSPs, gateways, and looking for opportunities to expand and diversify payment methods for target countries;
Research and implementation of new payment methods, improvement of payment metrics;
Overseeing operational performance and business processes related to the payments domain;
Conducting periodic tests, research and analysis of the payment funnel in the middle of the project.

What we expect from you:

At least 6 years of experience in online payments (PSP) and high-risk;
Understanding of the payments domain;
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Understanding of the payment landscape in Europe and the US;
Good communication skills;
