Job Summary

The USA Financial subsidiaries have cohesively knitted-together a dually registered Independent Broker Dealer and SEC Registered Investment Advisor, an Insurance Marketing Organization (IMO / FMO to access top carriers, products & insurance distribution), Formulas - a 2nd SEC Registered Investment Advisor (RIA AUM to provide turnkey formulaic money management), USA Financial Exchange – a 3rd SEC Registered Investment Advisor (a TAMP platform with over $1B in assets), and Financial HQ for Marketing & Technology Solutions.
  

Job Description

Performs a variety of operational tasks for a moderately complex process or function. Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work/item to resolution and closure. Tasks require coordination of information among various operational areas and customers. May use multiple online systems. Receives and reviews incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed. Enters transactions into CRT/PC, verifies accuracy, and balances general ledger accounts. Resolves customer issues using multiple resources and records. Prepares, edits, distributes, and/or corrects specialized and/or complex documents. Works under general supervision following established procedures.

The ideal candidate will have financial services experience:

  • High degree of follow-through;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify a problem and develop solutions;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • A high degree of initiative and ability to work within tight deadlines;
  • Experience trading on industry platforms or custodians preferred;
  • Experience working in a broker-dealer and RIA environment preferred;
  • Securities Licenses preferred (6/7, 65/66, and 24)(If 24 licensed, supervisory review experience pathway available).

Financial services licenses, as well as experience and understanding of insurance and investment products are a plus, but not required; we are always willing to hire the “right person” over related experience.

This position reports to the Chief Operations Officer. Please note that this is not a fully remote position: if hired, you would be expected to work from USA Financial's Ada, Michigan home office at some frequency (based on eligibility requirements).
