As Global SE Manager you will play a critical role in leading a global team of Sales Engineers (SEs) while maintaining a strong hands-on approach. This position is approximately 60% hands-on, with direct involvement in technical solution development, customer-facing engagements, and product demonstrations. The remaining of the role will focus on managerial responsibilities, including mentoring and overseeing the SE teams in the US and EU, driving performance, and ensuring alignment with sales goals.
You will act as a bridge between the technical and sales teams, helping to ensure that our products are represented accurately and effectively to potential clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing technical expertise with leadership at start up environment.
