Technical recruiter (Remote)

WorkNomads is looking for a creative Recruiter to join our team and to be part of WorkNomads success story in up-staffing with ITC, Engineering, and Digital design talents from all over the world. You will be responsible for finding and attracting top specialists from Bulgaria and abroad who match the expertise on demand for specific projects.

Our great new colleague-Recruiter shall be working remotely from any city in Bulgaria or the WorkNomads’ homebase in Sofia.

Dare to have a mission:

• Identifying and attracting top-performing professionals from Bulgaria and abroad to fill job openings;
• Developing and recommending recruiting strategies to ensure a successful search in a given country and time frame;
• Working with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, along with the qualifications and skills required for open positions;
• Review applications to identify and arrange preliminary interviews with the most promising candidates;
• Screening and referring candidates for additional interviews;
• Administer, update and propose improvement in the ATS;
• Prepare and place job advertising across appropriate media;
• Strategical thinking about attending career fairs and networking events;
• Use data and statistics to make informed decisions that solve real-world business problems;
• Develops a cross-sell skills strategy for top talents in WorkNomads;
• Acts as key account for client portfolio and enlarges the client network.
• Accountable for own development and continuous improvement.
  
  
  

The tools in your backpack:

• University degree/Certification in any ICT, Engineering, Digital Design, HR, Psychology, or related.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment or Industrial Engineering (systems architecture, engineering,manifacturing, robot programming, website architecture, electronic engineering, IT development and others)
• Solid set of consultative, communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational, collaborative and planning skills
• Combination of out-of-the-box thinking, a critical mindset, a pragmatic can-do attitude and hands-on approach
• Collaborative spirit to work together in cross-functional teams
• Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
