Job description

Currently, we are looking for a Junior Analyst to join our External Reporting group and specialize in supporting reporting duties.

The role will require great attention to detail and a desire to work with different accounting systems. As the position is unique, we will train the individual in the main responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparation of various monthly and quarterly internal reports including the basic financial statements out of the SAP system and other reports that support disclosures in the 10Qs, 10Ks and 8Ks
Perform reconciliation for various documents to source files (tie out)
Help to maintain financial Consolidation Module
Assisting with questions that arise during annual financial audits and SOX controls audits
Participate in internal projects related to automation and optimization of financial reporting
Communicate effectively with other functions around the company in resolving accounting questions and accomplishing completion of improvement projects
Ad-hoc tasks related to reporting

Requirements

University degree/last courses of the study
Some accounting experience is preferred
Fluent English
Highly detail-oriented, possess proven organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (formulas, pivots)
Have an interest and capabilities to work in different accounting systems
