Your Opportunity to Make an Impact

As the Partnerships Marketing Manager for the Mom & Baby Team, you will join a team of talented marketing professionals and will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand through the development and execution of brand partnerships that reach hundreds of thousands of expectant and new parents annually. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Strategy & Marketing, this role will identify, establish, and manage strategic collaborations that drive brand growth, customer demand and revenue expansion. This position will work closely with partners to design and execute co-marketing initiatives that deliver mutual value, increase brand engagement, and enhance customer education.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, relationship-building, and data-driven decision-making to deliver exceptional results through brand partnership initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute impactful collaborative marketing strategies that strengthen our brand’s future and drive tangible business results—ensuring Aeroflow remains the trusted source for millions of moms.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Brand Partnership Marketing Plans:
    •  Work with Marketing leadership to develop and enhance the growth of partnership marketing strategies, including sponsorship opportunities and philanthropic initiatives.
    •  Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities to expand brand reach and impact.
    •  Promote our vendor partnership marketing program to maximize revenue opportunities.
    •  Become an expert on our customer experience and journey. Utilize this understanding to develop strategies, execute marketing plans and provide recommendations for optimizations.
  •  Manage Brand Partnerships, Collaborations & Philanthropic Efforts:
    •  Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel partnership programs and marketing campaigns to drive demand generation.
    •  Negotiate partnership agreements, oversee partnership marketing budget and manage relationships to ensure success.
    •  Develop and execute strategic partnerships to advance the brand’s philanthropic and social responsibility initiatives, collaborating with mission-aligned organizations to create impactful, brand-aligned programs.
  •  Co-Branded Strategies & Stewardship:
    • Be a steward of the Aeroflow Breastpumps brand strategy, positioning and guardrails.
    • Ensure brand alignment in all partner-related content and messaging, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and positioning across co-branded efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    •  Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute successful partnership campaigns and content, including presentations, website placements, email marketing, social promotions, influencer partnerships and digital media campaigns.
    • Coordinate with external partners, brand marketing, performance marketing, sales operations, and consumer insights on collection of consumer research and trends, industry updates and performance data to fully understand our target customers and optimize campaign strategies.
  • Campaign Analysis and Performance Optimization:
    • Measure the performance of partnership campaigns to evaluate, optimize and deliver results.
    • Create comprehensive reports and deliver insights into campaign effectiveness of partnership related initiatives to build future programs.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree in marketing or related field required; MBA a plus
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in partnerships, marketing, or business development, preferably within health, family, or related industries.
  • Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic approach to growth.
  • Strong storytelling skills with a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
  • Experience working with creative teams and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in campaign testing and analysis and using data to refine and optimize marketing strategies. Track record of delivering business results. 
  • Meticulous organizational, project management and prioritization skills with experience in project management systems such as Jira.
  • Heightened problem-solving and critical thinking skills along with a passion for growing businesses.
