Job description

As a Senior Recruiter, North America, you’ll play a key role in sourcing and attracting top talent across the region while supporting the evolution of our employer brand. You’ll shape and execute social media strategies, build talent pipelines, and contribute to an engaging candidate experience. With a focus on best practices, analytics, and position tracking, you’ll lay the groundwork to grow into an executive role with broader leadership responsibilities. 


Key Responsibilities 


Social Media Strategy & Employer Branding 

  • Develop and implement a social media recruiting strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing and HR to promote the employer brand through authentic, engaging content. 
  • Maintain and grow our social media presence, ensuring active engagement with potential candidates and key industry networks. 

 

Guidelines, Best Practices, and Strategic Alignment 

  • Establish and document recruitment best practices and guidelines to enhance the efficiency and consistency of hiring processes. 
  • Partner with key stakeholders to align recruitment goals with business objectives, ensuring that hiring strategies meet the evolving needs of the organization. 
  • Participate in workforce planning and identify gaps in talent pipelines, helping to shape hiring strategies that support long-term growth. 

 

Recruitment Operations & Analytics 

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through social media, proactive sourcing, and networking. 
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruitment KPIs, using data to drive improvements in recruiting outcomes and optimize strategies. 
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment performance and contribute insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and labor laws, following best practices for candidate privacy and data handling. 

 

Qualifications 



Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent experience may also be considered. 

Experience 

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, including at least 2 years with a strong focus on social media recruiting. 
  • Proven experience using social media platforms for talent acquisition, particularly LinkedIn. 
  • Knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, and content creation is an advantage. 

Skills 

  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to create engaging, brand-aligned content. 
  • Proficiency in social media tools, analytics platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). 
  • Strong analytical mindset with a talent for data-driven decision-making. 


Key Competencies 


  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, engagement, and candidate management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media recruiting and employer branding, using platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to engage with potential candidates. 
  • Proven experience in creating recruitment guidelines and best practices to support scalable, efficient recruitment processes. 
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment analytics and reporting, with a data-driven approach to refining strategies and improving key metrics. 
  • Prior experience working closely with hiring managers and business leaders to align recruitment initiatives with business goals, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
