REQUIRED SERVICE: Real Estate Business Support
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: Junior Level
MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 30 hours/week
SHIFT TIME ZONE: CST
SHIFT HOURS: between 9 am - 5 pm
SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Friday

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage and oversee the CRM system, specifically GoHighLevel, to ensure it meets the company's needs.
    • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
    • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to optimize customer journey processes.
    • Provide training and support to team members on CRM usage and best practices.
    • Monitor and report on CRM performance and effectiveness, suggesting improvements where necessary.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system.
