Summary of the Role:

As Founding Growth Lead you'll work directly with Harry (our Co-founder and CEO) to build our go to market engine from 0-1.

This is a unique opportunity to join as the first non-engineering employee of a well-funded startup building at the intersection of generative AI and security. You'll take the lead on all things audience building and pipeline generation including content creation, growth strategies, messaging, Linkedin, newsletters, automated outbound workflows, events, and much more.

It's the perfect role for either a talented marketer who wants to fast-track their route to leadership, or for a smart generalist looking for the perfect opportunity to learn before they start their own company.

Your Contribution:

  • Build the GTM Engine: Work closely with our co-founder and CEO to build the entire sales and marketing engine from the ground up.

  • Grow an Audience: Create a multi-channel content and event strategy that conveys our message to a growing audience.

  • Generate Pipeline: Work with automated tooling to deliver smart outbound playbooks to generate pipeline.

  • Deliver Growth Strategies: Hypothesis and deliver innovative new strategies for driving growth.

  • High EQ: Empathise deeply with our audience to deliver content that resonates and stands out.

  • Excellent Writing Skills: You can create content that's clear, compelling, and impactful.

  • High Clock Speed: You deliver with pace and quality and are constantly generating new ideas.

  • Creativity: A creative and analytical mind who can balance big-picture strategy with execution.

  • Nice to Haves:

    • Experience working in B2B SaaS marketing or sales roles

    • Exposure to cybersecurity or other complex technical domains
