Job Description

We are looking for a results oriented and passionate Territory Manager to join our team developing our distributor-run consumer business in Europe. This is a full-time remote position but we need this individual to be located in Stockholm.

What you'll do:

  • Partner and support distributors in the planning and execution of the Bose GTM strategy.

  • Build long term relationship with the key channel partners and be their first point of contact.

  • Collaborate with marketing and other key stakeholders to execute new product launch plans withthe key channel partners.

  • Identify new business opportunities and recommend strategic plans for growth.

  • Achieve sell through target revenue, and gross margin objectives.​

  • Track, plan, progress and conduct periodic reviews with key channel partners and make adjustments when necessary.

  • Drive the execution of business initiatives supporting strategic product investments and managing key BDF expenses to established budgeted targets.

  • Train distributor Sales Reps on GTM elements (promotion, value proposition, etc.).

  • Apply structure and standards to day-to-day account management.

  • Document all sales opportunities.

  • Support weekly, monthly and quarterly product forecast, budget preparation and, sales pipeline analysis.

  • Coordinate with Support Teams to ensure partner needs are adequately met.

What you'll need:

  • 8+ years of experience in delivering growth in B2B sales management and/or distributor management.

  • Hands on experience managing Key accounts across multiple geographies.

  • Proven business performance management and market development experience.

  • Extensive knowledge about the Consumer Electronics industry.

  • Extensive experience with marketing planning and execution (online and offline).

  • Strong results orientated mindset.

  • Experience with product forecasting and sales budgeting.

  • Fluency (verbal and written) in English and a Scandinavian language is required.
