About The Opportunity
DMI, LLCis seeking a Senior Business Analystto join us.
The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for developing and analyzing business requirements, system
and application data, and supporting OSMs cybersecurity project planning and execution program and
related initiatives which may include, but are not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides critical analysis to statewide system and application inventory collection
- Develops and analyzes solution and system requirements and documentation; verifies
requirements meets the outlined standards
- Categorized and prioritizes data and other project requirements
- Supports risk and impact assessments.
- Contributes to the development of metrics and trend reporting
- Supports the development of scope statements, project objectives, and process
documentation, including charts and diagrams.
- Supports the evaluation of solutions, technologies, and services for the organization's needs.
- Ensures compliance with the State’s security standards, policies, and guidance.
- Provide support for legislative requirements and reporting as needed.
Qualifications
Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Management,
Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
Required And Desired Skills/Certifications
1 . At least five (5) years of proven experience in Information Technology (IT) business analysis
and requirements development or an additional two (2) years’ experience in substitution of a
degree.
- Developing business requirements for IT solutions and projects and evaluating IT
technologies and tools.
- Ability to analyze a large amount of data, documentation, and report development.
- Experience with project management methodology and skills.
- Experience facilitating, documenting, and managing requirements for IT asset management
systems.
- Cybersecurity requirements, development, and solution experience.
- Cybersecurity related certifications.
Additional Requirements
- Customer Oriented and Responsiveness: This position requires a high degree of
responsiveness and attention to detail.
- Fundamental IT knowledge: This position requires a high degree of understanding of old
and current systems and wide-ranging applications including Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise
Applications, and Cybersecurity.
- Business Intelligence Skills: Knowledge of data structures and the ability to develop
analysis and reports that enable enterprise-wide and micro views into IT operations and
portfolios.
- Communication Skills: This position shall possess excellent verbal and written
communication skills as they will communicate with various stakeholders and teams internal
and external to OSM.
