About The Opportunity

DMI, LLCis seeking a D365 Senior Consultant Functional to join us.

As a customer experience business analyst, you will support the organization’s customer experience initiatives by analyzing, specifying, proposing and partnering with MISO business area leaders and subject matter experts to define solutions using knowledge and expertise around the Microsoft Dynamics (D365) - Customer Engagement system.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Partner with Customer Experience team members to research and document customer experience and business area needs
  • Support initiatives to collect and manage customer insight data
  • Capable of providing gap analysis and needs assessments to uncover business needs
  • Able to elicit and identify project requirements from end users
  • Responsible for validating requirements by providing option comparisons and justifications
  • Provide Microsoft Dynamics D365 system configuration support based on changing business needs
  • Assist in system analysis, design, development, and testing activities related to D365 configuration and development; proficient in testing to ensure successful execution and appropriate application of solutions
  • Creation of project documentation to include user reference manuals, training deliverables, business requirements documentation, test scripts and work product validation
  • Accountable for self-organization and tracking com pletion of assigned tasks including successful delivery of assigned project milestones
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to present results to all levels of the organization
  • Contribute to performance and process improvements within the department that will maintain efficient and effective delivery of service for customers
  • Effectively solve problems consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations, and/or law
  • Compliance with all processes, procedures, and standards applicable to the position including (but not limited to): SOC 1 (Service Organization Controls 1), CIP (Critical Infrastructure Protection), Change Management, Tariff (Open Access Transmission, Energy and Operating Reserve Markets Tariff), FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission), NERC (North American Electric Reliability Corporation), U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and NAESB (North American Energy Standards Board)
  • Complete all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related technical field required; or four to six years of related work experience
  • 2-4 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, preferred

Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge

Min Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen
