While we don’t call the investment shots, our database provides predictive power to our clients' investment strategies through data and AI - e.g., we help venture capital firms spot the next Spotify tree in the startup forest. Our Customer Success  team makes this happen and sets our clients up for success. As a Team Lead CS , you’ll

  • Be responsible for achieving net revenue retention and grow your book of business (main KPI)

  • Utilize your commercial experience to handle contract renewals, as well as up-, cross-, and keep selling.

  • Own & manage a portfolio of Major and Tier-1 customers, deals and decision-makers. 

  • Work closely with our product- and insights team to inspire and educate customers about new product releases and relevant developments in the tech ecosystem.

  • Establish meaningful insights and metrics around customer engagement that can be translated into concrete actions to further maximize net revenue retention

  • Develop a deep understanding and finetune our CSM tech stack (mainly HubSpot, Mixpanel, Segment) and workflows with the goal to scale our CS operation, manage customer lifecycles and allocate focus accordingly.

  • Ensure we remain highly visible within our clients to obtain a strong land & expand strategy

  • Manage a team of 3 Customer Success Managers, while also managing your own accounts. 

  • Help Dealroom.co develop new practices to manage accounts at scale (e.g. predictive health scoring, in-app guidance, mailing/messaging, 1-to-many initiatives)
