Job Title: Senior Inside Appointment Setter

Location: Remote

Department: Sales/Real Estate Brokerage

Reports To: Sales Manager/Director of Sales

Job Overview:

As a Senior Inside Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in driving the success of our real estate brokerage by identifying and qualifying leads, setting appointments for our agents, and nurturing relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth lead-to-agent transition, help the brokerage grow its client base, and contribute to overall sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Use phone, email, and CRM tools to generate and qualify leads by reaching out to prospective buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our top-performing real estate agents with qualified leads, ensuring that the timing and needs of clients align with the agents' availability.
  • Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls with leads to nurture relationships and ensure that potential clients stay engaged in the sales process.
  • CRM Management: Accurately enter and update lead and appointment details in the company's CRM system, ensuring the database is well-organized and actionable.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies and ensure the highest-quality appointments are set.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy, ensuring that all prospects feel valued and respected.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on lead generation activities, appointment statistics, and conversion rates to the sales management team.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends and competitors, providing insights to the team on potential opportunities.
  • Training & Mentorship: Mentor and provide guidance to junior appointment setters, helping them develop their skills and improve performance.


Qualifications:

  • Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills: Must be fluent in American English with the ability to articulate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing. Proven ability to effectively negotiate with clients, overcome objections, and secure high-quality appointments with a professional, customer-centric approach.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an inside sales or appointment-setting role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to converse confidently and professionally with clients and prospects.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
  • Real Estate Knowledge: Solid understanding of the real estate industry, including buyer and seller processes.
  • Sales Acumen: A proven track record of successfully qualifying leads and setting high-quality appointments for sales teams.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of calls and follow-ups in a timely manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs and address concerns effectively to ensure successful appointment setting.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with agents and the broader sales team.
  • Motivation & Drive: Self-starter with a strong work ethic, consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
  • Experience in a leadership or mentorship role


Compensation:

  • Base Salary: Base salary w/ performance based wage increases tied to appointments
  • Commission/Bonus: Performance-based bonuses tied to deals closing
