Your Role on the Team

Position Summary

The incumbent acts as both a functional and technical leader in the development, testing, maintenance, and enhancement of mobile and clinical applications as required. The analyst will work with IS Leadership, stakeholders and vendors to ensure system is stable and meets business needs, as well as providing support and training to end users in clinical spaces.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
  • Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
  • Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to self initiate and effectively problem solve issues
  • Experience using/implementing/supporting an EMR in a hospital and/or ambulatory setting
  • 3-5 years Epic Ambulatory build experience
  • Experience in EpicCare Link
  • Certified in EpicCare Ambulatory
  • Experience with Haiku Canto
  • Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
  • Ability to apply logical troubleshooting and analysis techniques for the purpose of problem resolution
  • Must be willing to participate in 24 hour on-call rotations as a system duty officer

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Coordination / management experience
  • Experience with the Phoenix, Kaleidoscope, Mychart and Haiku/Canto Epic Modules
  • Experience with M*Modal software
  • Experience training end users and other support staff in use and troubleshooting of clinical applications
  • Experience with AI clinical documentation software
  • Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
