Key Responsibilities

• Proactively address client needs and loan processing tasks with urgency and diligence.
• Establish meaningful connections with clients through effective and congenial communication.
• Efficiently manage multiple tasks to guarantee timely processing of loans.
• Leverage your 3+ years of mortgage processing experience to collect and scrutinize loan conditions, supervising the loan from initiation through to closure.
• Ensure data integrity by maintaining accurate and organized information within the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with Loan Officers, Realtors, Escrow/Title agents, and clients to facilitate an efficient loan process.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Encompass software.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
