About the Role

This role is a part of a new team that is being built within the Corporates segment of our business in which the person will be overseeing multiple complex projects within a Customer Success organization. The position requires strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams, develop comprehensive project plans, and ensure successful execution while aligning with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, risk mitigation, reporting to leadership, and driving continuous improvement in project management processes.

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously across the Corporates Customer Success organization, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key partners, including sales, marketing, product, professional services and operations teams to ensure successful GTM project execution and delivery.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk assessments.

  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.

  • Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including executive leadership, team members, and external partners.

  • Create and deliver regular project status reports and presentations to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Implement and maintain project management best practices, methodologies, and tools across the organization.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and efficiency.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a customer success or technology-driven environment.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies

  • Proficiency in project management tools

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Experience working in customer success or related field is a plus.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $81,600 - $151,600. Eagan, MN; Ann Arbor, MI; Richmond, VA; Rochester, NY. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $70,500 - $130,900. Chicago, IL; Frisco, TX; Houston, TX; fully remote location. For these locations and any eligible US locations not otherwise noted, including for fully remote location if applicable, the base compensation range for this role is $74,200 - $137,800. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
