Job description

The Connectivity Services Specialist works exclusively to execute and support connectivity services offerings for assigned carrier(s). This individual will manage and process the day-to-day connectivity operations at GetWireless, and serve as a conduit to sales, business development, and operational administration for the assigned connectivity offerings.  This role will support new business opportunities by engaging with our sales teams, vendor carrier teams, and developing relationships to drive new joint business. To be successful in this role, candidates should have previous experience working with or for an MVNO or wireless carrier/operator. A strong ability and desire to understand the connectivity service programs for multiple operators, as well as knowledge of basic router technology is required. This role requires very strong organizational, communication and process management skills. 

This position is eligible for a remote work schedule.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Process and archive all activation services opportunities and processes in collaboration with our Connectivity and Operations team 
  • Engagement with GetWireless sales teams to develop new connectivity opportunities 
  • Collaboration with Marketing team on lead generation campaigns and tradeshows
  • Deliver onsite and online connectivity training presentations and webinars 
  • Collect and record data measuring all connectivity efforts, opportunities, and revenue attainment 
  • Ongoing industry training and product knowledge 

Qualifications:

  • 2-year degree, or equivalent work experience in Sales and/or Business Development 
  • Previous experience working with or for a wireless Carrier/Operator
  • Modem, router or gateway experience is highly beneficial 
  • Excellent communicator who uses proper grammar and spelling when speaking and writing 
  • Very detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Ability and willingness to be part of a team that strives for measurable results
