Job description

Job Title: Site Abstraction Specialist
Duration: 12 months
Remote

Job Summary and Responsibilities
Site abstraction experience is needed (specifically lease abstraction) using Verizon FUZE. Resources will be responsible for determining accurate rental payments for macro and small cell telecommunication leases between our carrier client and several major tower companies

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

Abstract telecommunication leases and amendments and enter updated information into enterprise database
Determine monthly and annual rent streams and escalators for the leases
Reconcile and process back rent payments
Audit existing leases within enterprise data base to verify accuracy

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is needed.
3-5 years of experience in site acquisition in the telecommunication industry.
Ability to abstract telecommunication leases and amendments and enter updated information into enterprise database
Ability to determine monthly and annual rent streams and escalators for the leases
Audit existing leases within enterprise data base to verify accuracy.
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
