The Treasury Management Operations and Support Officer is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
Providing technical assistance to new and existing E-Banking and Treasury Management (TM) clients.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Performing operational tasks and conducting system and/or account maintenance for all TM products.
Training new and existing clients on various banking system platforms and services, including but not limited to online banking, bill payment, remote deposit capture, and positive pay.
Participating in testing and supporting new processes and workflows as TM services expand.
Collaborating with the Senior Treasury Management Officer and other team members to ensure clean audits by adhering to established procedures in E-Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, and TM product implementation.
Managing the service request system to ensure all requests are completed within the department’s Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Specific qualifications for the position include:
A high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is desired.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Treasury Management Operations and Product Support, including online banking, bill payment systems, remote deposit capture, ACH origination, positive pay, and bank core processing.
At least 5 years of experience in a customer service environment.
Experience in branch operations and/or bank operations within a customer service setting is preferred.
Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
Pay Rate Range: $68,000 - $80,000
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
