Job description

Mentors will work on a freelance basis with flexibility required to accommodate the mentorship schedule over the 6-month program.

Schedule: The mentorship program spans 6 months, with flexible hours to accommodate regular one-on-one virtual sessions and group check-ins. Mentors must ensure availability during standard business hours to meet participants' needs and adhere to the program timeline.

Preparation: Mentors are required to familiarize themselves with the bootcamp curriculum and participant profiles.

Mode of Delivery: All mentorship sessions will be conducted remotely via virtual platforms. Mentors should have a reliable internet connection, a professional setup, and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools.

Reporting: Deliver concise reports tracking developers’ progress in implementing app marketing strategies, app performance metrics (downloads, retention, and ROI), and identifying optimisation areas.

Travel: No travel is required for mentors as all sessions will be conducted remotely.

Required profile
