We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Automation Engineer to drive the development and optimization of automation solutions that enhance developer productivity, improve software quality, and reduce technical debt. This role focuses on implementing scalable frameworks, advancing service-oriented architecture (SOA) practices, and enabling teams to achieve operational excellence through technical innovation. The ideal candidate is passionate about empowering developers, improving engineering efficiency, leveraging data-driven insights, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
The current range for this role is $144,000 - $225,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
