The Clinical Escalations Team is responsible for carrying out high quality clinical care in all patient interactions and will serve as an integral part of upholding patient safety. This role will provide appropriate guidance to patients regarding their treatment and ongoing care plan.
The Clinical Escalations Provider will be primarily responsible for managing patient escalations, including those related to side effects from prescribed medications on the Hims and Hers Platform. The Clinical Escalations Provider will also support in the de-escalation of patient related concerns as it arises, while ensuring exceptional patient care and follow-up.
This role reports directly to the You Health Associate Director of Clinical Safety and participates as an active team member focused on clinical quality, patient experience, and performance improvement.
