Role Description

Join our team as a results-oriented and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist, a critical role in driving our lead generation and brand visibility across several digital channels. You will collaborate with other team members to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, creating a unified strategy for audience engagement and brand development across digital channels.

Main Responsibilities

Strategy and Research: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to support innovative strategy ideation and align marketing efforts with business goals.
Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging marketing content, including email campaigns, blog posts, case studies, and landing pages among others.
SEO Optimization: Ensure continuous SEO optimization of website content, landing pages, and digital assets, following best practices to drive traffic and improve organic search visibility.
Review Directory Management: Oversee and manage reviews across various online directories (e.g., Clutch), maintaining a positive brand reputation, and leveraging reviews to improve customer engagement and trust.
Event Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies for webinars, conferences, and virtual events, coordinating with event organizers and speakers to enhance our brand presence, drive attendance, and generate leads.
Analytics and Performance Monitoring: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital efforts, gathering data insights to use in campaign optimization.
PPC and Paid Advertising: Strategize, and manage high-impact PPC campaigns, particularly on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn, to drive targeted traffic and generate quality leads.
Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. Focus on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement across email, social media, PPC, and content marketing channels.

Additional Responsibilities:

PR Coordination: Collaborate with external PR agencies to align messaging, support digital campaigns, and ensure consistent brand representation across media channels.
Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating in-person events, including promotional campaigns, logistics, and audience engagement strategies

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of B2B marketing experience.
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (the company’s primary language).
Strong experience in creating high-quality, engaging content for diverse B2B audiences across multiple platforms.
A data-driven mindset with a focus on results, measurement, and continuous optimization.
Expertise in email marketing campaign management.
Proficiency in marketing automation technology and analytics tools.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Resourceful, proactive, and a strong team player.
