THE ROLE

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will:

  • Own the Client Relationship: Lead the day-to-day execution of client engagements, working directly with C-suite executives and key stakeholders to understand their challenges, ideate on solutions, and drive impactful outcomes.
  • Take Ownership of Opportunities: Guide and oversee the sales process, from discovery and analysis to the implementation of tailored commerce strategies, ensuring measurable and sustainable results.
  • Provide Thought Leadership: Analyze complex business scenarios, test hypotheses, and deliver compelling recommendations for commerce digitization, revenue growth, and operational transformation.
  • Collaborate and Lead: Inspire and develop internal and client team members, creating a collaborative and high-performing environment. Leverage your interpersonal and leadership skills to build strong relationships and a true sense of followership.
  • Deliver Results: Develop and present data-driven business cases that link Spryker’s solutions to measurable client outcomes, and work closely with client teams to implement these recommendations effectively.
WHAT YOU BRING

We are looking for candidates with:

Strategic Thinking and Analytical Expertise:

  • Proven experience gathering and analyzing information, formulating hypotheses, and developing actionable strategies.
  • Superior conceptual and quantitative thinking skills to craft robust business cases and drive impactful outcomes.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • A track record of guiding teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong ability to inspire others, build trust, and create lasting client relationships.

Client Engagement and Problem Solving:

  • Deep experience working directly with clients, including C-suite executives, to align on goals and co-create innovative solutions.
  • Ability to drive the implementation of recommendations and ensure sustainable results.

Commerce Digitization Expertise:

  • Familiarity with technology platforms (like SaaS, PaaS) as well as customer experience strategies.
  • Experience ideating and executing strategies for digital revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Executional Excellence:

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage large, complex engagements with minimal direction.
  • Strong focus on delivering measurable outcomes, leveraging data and analytics to refine strategies dynamically.

Interpersonal and Communication Skills:

  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills to convey complex ideas simply and persuasively.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Preferred Background

  • 4+ years of experience in a closing role within the software space; background in management consulting strong plus (or similar roles involving high-impact client engagements)
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional teams, managing large-scale projects, and driving measurable client outcomes.
  • Expertise in digital transformation, commerce enablement, or enterprise software solutions.
