The opportunity
The Workday Integrations Developer - Extend will report to the Director of People Technology and Integrations and will help us develop integrations and Extend apps within the Workday platform. They collaborate with teams to understand our requirements, implement solutions, and ensure the seamless flow of data between Workday and other enterprise systems. You will have a background in Workday integration technologies, along with experience optimizing business processes through solutions.

What you'll do:
- You will analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications, reviewing current technology, data, and processes to propose solutions.
- You will develop, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions (EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, Workday Extend) and maintain data accuracy, integrity, and transformation logic throughout the process.
- You will develop and document data mappings, transformation rules, integration workflows, and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
- You will conduct comprehensive testing of integrations to ensure reliability, scalability, and agreement on our requirements, while performing peer code reviews and creating test cases.
- You will improve existing integrations and Extend Apps, working with teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless performance.
- You will collaborate with business analysts, developers, and partners to align system integrations with organizational goals.
- You will provide technical expertise to resolve integration and Extend related issues while ensuring ongoing optimization and system improvement.
- You will perform other responsibilities.
What we're looking for:
- Experience with web services and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, XML, JASON, XSLT).
- Software Development Experience.
- Seeking candidates with direct experience as full-time employees at large-scale, enterprise-level organizations.
- Experience in lieu of degree acceptable for consideration.
- Experience with Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, Orchestrations, EIBs, and Cloud Connect.
- Experience with Workday's data architecture and security protocols.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Workday Extend experience.
- Demonstrated integration experience in Human Resources related domains, (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Orchestrations).
- Workday Integration Certification, Workday Extend Certification

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is $91,388.00 - $146,247.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $100,983.00 - $136,624.00.
