Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s or higher nursing degree required. A doctoral degree is preferred.
- Current unencumbered RN or advanced practice nursing license with eligibility for licensure in Arkansas.
- Two (2) years minimum teaching experience in a baccalaureate nursing program required.
- Experience with simulation or teaching in a concept-based curriculum, desired.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong commitment to excellence in teaching, with experience in concept-based nursing education.
- Knowledge and experience with curriculum development, assessment, and evaluation.
- Proven track record in research and scholarly activities relevant to nursing and healthcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, faculty, and the community.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the college's service missions.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology to enhance learning and teaching experiences.
- Demonstrated commitment to academic excellence.
