Job description

Exciting Opportunity: Insurance Coverage Attorney

A thriving litigation firm is seeking admitted attorneys with a minimum of three years of experience to join its Insurance Coverage team. This dynamic, fast-paced environment offers the chance to work alongside well-respected and experienced trial lawyers.

Key Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Exceptional writing skills and the ability to manage complex cases from inception to resolution.
  • Experience conducting depositions, managing discovery, and assisting with trial preparation.
  • A proven background in providing coverage analysis to clients, particularly with D&O, management liability, and professional liability policies.
  • Litigation experience, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing.
  • Familiarity with both state and federal court proceedings (highly preferred).
