Job description

As a Program Manager at Cro Metrics, you will take full ownership of executing successful web experimentation and personalization for a diverse group of clients. This role demands a high level of commitment, agility, and problem-solving skills to manage 5-7 clients simultaneously. You are not just a leader but a proactive driver of results, keeping both external and internal stakeholders informed and engaged. You will shepherd A/B/n tests from concept to launch, working closely with our software engineers and QA Analysts, and serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients.

Your focus will be on overall client operations, from tactical execution to program budgeting, ensuring that every detail is managed with precision and foresight.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Experiment Implementation: Collaborate with strategy, engineering, QA, design, and analytics teams to move experiments through the full implementation lifecycle while balancing timelines, quality, and scope.
  • Ownership of Requirements and Mockups: Write comprehensive A/B test requirements and create detailed mockups (annotated screenshots, simple designs) to guide successful test execution. Work closely with the creative team to define requirements for high fidelity designs.
  • Client Communication: Be the first point of contact for day-to-day client requests and problem-solving. Keep clients continuously informed about program health, status of tasks, deliverables, and other critical metrics.
  • Budget and Scope Management: Monitor and manage the budget and scope of programs, update utilization resourcing plans, report to internal teams, and set staffing plans across teams based on client roadmaps.
  • Task Switching and Multitasking: Efficiently handle a high volume of task switching, providing regular updates to clients on test status, program budgets, and project velocity.
  • Proactive Account Management: Field and route client concerns to appropriate teams, disseminate action items, and ensure their timely completion.
  • Meeting Management: Organize and lead client status meetings, including scheduling, agenda planning, and follow-ups on action items.
  • Extreme Problem Solving: Consistently demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address and take initiative to resolve challenges swiftly and effectively.
  • Learning Agility: Quickly learn and adapt to our processes and client business understanding, applying new knowledge to enhance project outcomes.

What You Need:
