Senior Manager, Global Stakeholder Management – Web Strategy & Operations

Are you passionate about shaping seamless digital experiences while balancing strategic alignment and operational excellence? As the Senior Manager of Global Stakeholder Management for Web Strategy & Operations, you will partner to manage and optimize our web platforms. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with business units, brands, and market affiliates, driving innovation and ensuring our web strategy aligns with overarching business objectives.
Your role will be pivotal in leading diverse relationships, defining web strategies, and delivering impactful solutions while fostering an environment of collaboration and ownership. This position imparts a mix of critical thinking, stakeholder management, and operational leadership to ensure our digital presence consistently meets the needs of our customers and internal collaborators.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal business units, brands, and market affiliates, ensuring alignment on web initiatives and operational goals.
Proactively engage stakeholders to identify needs, define priorities, and manage expectations across diverse regions and markets.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners to deliver high-quality web solutions that align with business objectives.
Web Strategy & Roadmap Development:
Partner with other leads on the evolving global web strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, market trends, and emerging digital best practices.
Develop and manage a comprehensive roadmap for website launches, updates, and optimization initiatives.
Conduct ongoing research to identify trends, opportunities, and benchmarks for innovation and improvement.
Operational Excellence:
Provide coaching and team partnering through strategic approaches to guiding our internal clients to ensure ownership of projects, handle customer issues, and solve challenges proactively.
Establish and continuously improve workflows and processes for web development, deployment, and maintenance to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Oversee content management systems (CMS), search engine optimization (SEO) efforts, and web analytics to enhance performance.
Monitor web performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve user experience.
Communication & Collaboration:
Clearly articulate web strategy, project progress, and results to stakeholders, tailoring communications to diverse audiences.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, digital technology, etc.) to ensure alignment and effective delivery of initiatives.
Build and maintain robust relationships with external vendors and market affiliates to foster a cohesive approach to web operations.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 2 years of commercial or medical operations, information sciences, and/or project management experience
Or
Master’s degree and 4 years of commercial or medical operations, information sciences, and/or project management experience
Or
Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of commercial or medical operations, information sciences, and/or project management experience
Or
Associate's degree and 10 years of commercial or medical operations, information sciences, and/or project management experience
Or
High School Diploma / GED and 12 years of commercial or medical operations, information sciences, and/or project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in web strategy, stakeholder management, and/or web operations, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
Technical Knowledge: Proficient in CMS platforms, SEO standard methodologies, web analytics tools, and web accessibility standards.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring teams with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
Communication: Strong interpersonal, presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
Strategic Competence: Ability to translate business goals into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.
Project Management: Skilled in prioritizing work, managing timelines, and delivering high-impact projects.
Industry Expertise: Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceutical) is a strong plus.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud/CRM.
Technical expertise in front-end frameworks, backend technologies, or API integration.
Understanding of content marketing and lifecycle management.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.

Salary Range
147,715.00 USD - 180,272.00 USD
