Job description

We are currently recruiting Casual positions for our Customer Service Specialist role.

Do Work that Matters 

As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre, you’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when the contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:​

  • Concierge and welcome calls​

  • Missed payments and early-intervention collections​

  • Simple customer service enquiries
    ​​

We currently have Casual positions available, with hours spanning across 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 5am to 6pm. This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office

Hours and training
To be considered for this role you must have the following availability:​

  • Available to work from the Perth office, 300 Murray Street, Perth, once a fortnight​

  • Outside of this, we’ll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability​

  • Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training, at 20 hours per week for 5 weeks. (dates and times to be confirmed)

  • Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period​

  • Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model. As you master your role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills, and progress in your career​
