BizForce is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our clients, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. You will assist in managing schedules, coordinating projects, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a proficiency in various office software tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for clients
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
  • Monitor and maintain organized filing systems
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed
  • Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
  • Perform general office administrative duties
  • Provide support to other team members and departments as required

Requirements

  • Proven at least 3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus
  • Amenable to work US business hours (night shift in PH time)
  • Can start immediately
